Throughout the years, our personalized approach to planning and reserving transportation and hotel accommodations for our clients, placed Express Travel among the top ten agencies for major carriers within the Miami-Dade County travel community.

Our reputation earned us numerous awards for excellence in service as well as recognitions for being one of the top Hispanic companies in the nation, and one of the largest women owned companies in Florida.

In August of 2000, Express Travel merged with the TraveLeaders group becoming their Latin American Division. Through an agreement reached among the interested parties, the owners exercised an option to separate from TraveLeaders and operate again as Express Travel.

Express Travel reopened its doors in June of 2004 with the same staff that had joined them in 1989 as well as with the following of the long list of loyal customers that have been with them for many years.

Our personalized attention begins by assigning a specific team-agent to each personal account. The customer’s personal profile is built by storing all specific travel preferences and requirements in the reservation system. This information allows the agent to provide specific service according to the traveler’s requirements, with no additional delay.We also have the ability to provide corporate accounts assistance in obtaining alternate financial programs to fit their individual needs.
